Pen: Fisher Space Pen – Raw Brass Bullet Pen

Brass EDC Kit - Minimalist Edition

The Bullet Pen is a design classic. The raw brass version is my favorite since it develops a gorgeous patina over time. Because of its small size the pen can easily be stored in about any pocket, wallet or bag. With the friction-fit cap posted, the pen is 135 millimeters long and provides a comfortable writing experience. What makes the Bullet Pen really unique is the pressurized ink cartridge that works in temperatures from -35 to 120 °C (-30 to 250 °F), underwater, in zero gravity, at any angle, and even upside down.

Knife: Couperier Coursolle – Sujet Knife Venus

Brass EDC Kit - Minimalist Edition

Couperier Coursolle’s Venus knife features an erotic theme. Both brass handle scales show a female nude. The depiction on the front scale may have been inspired by the famous motif of Aphrodite rising from the sea. The back scale features a naked woman playing the aulos, an ancient Greek wind instrument. With a total length of 145 millimeters and a weight of 38 grams, this knife is big enough for most everyday tasks and very unobtrusive in the pocket.

Flashlight: MecArmy – X3S Brass

Brass EDC Kit - Minimalist Edition

The MecArmy X3S Brass is a compact two-mode flashlight with a maximum output of 130 lumens from a Cree XP-G2 LED. The light weight of only 26 grams and the small size make it an excellent keychain light. It is powered by a single 10180 lithium ion battery that comes with the flashlight. The battery can easily be recharged from any USB power supply. You switch between the modes by twisting the head of the flashlight.
