As a knife journalist, I often need to disassemble knives. Although I already own a full set of torx drivers, I always wanted to have one of those beautifully machined brass bit holders. I finally pulled the trigger and ordered one from Scout Leather Co. This hex bit driver features a sealed bronze cage bearing, which makes it very easy to use. Just fit the cylindrical tail end onto the palm of your hand, and rotate the driver using your fingers. The sturdy brass construction provides durability and wear resistance.

The bit holder fits 1/4″ hex bits that are held in place by a magnet. I ordered a Wiha 13 piece bit set that includes seven torx bits (T6, T7, T8, T9, T10, T15, T20), three Phillips bits (PH#1, PH#2, PH#3) and three flat head bits (SL4.5, SL5.5, SL6.0). This bit set covers almost all of my needs.
